MATVIO GOALS is a comprehensive financial management system designed to help individuals and families track accounts, manage budgets, forecast cash flow, set financial goals, and maintain financial records.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We recommend using a strong password and 4-digit security code
• You may monitor login history through your profile settings

5. Subscription and Fees

Different pricing packages may be available based on features and usage limits. Current pricing is displayed during registration and may be updated from time to time.

5.2 Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

6. Data Storage and Security

6.1 Multi-Tenant Architecture

Each family/household receives their own isolated database to ensure complete data privacy and security.

6.2 Data Backup

While we implement backup procedures, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical financial data using our export features.

6.3 Data Retention

Your data will be retained for the duration of your active subscription. Upon cancellation, data may be retained for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by MATVIO GOALS and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service
• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MATVIO GOALS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

11.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
